This picture of Sgt. Ray was taken only hours before he was killed.

This picture was taken the day after Sgt. Ray was killed. This is the Exec. Post and he died inside after he was hit by recoilless fire. Lt. John McGill was in the Exec. Post and was injured as well. LZ Professional May, 1969.
